your project, we're committed to completing it in a timely fashion. Typical timeframes for a carpet install are 150
yards+ furniture = One Day. On the day of your install, we'll arrive between 9 and 11 am. We tell folks that
"the fur will fly" and that we're going to "turn the house upside down for a day!" This
is a construction project and we like folks to understand the nature of the work involved around the project - banging noises
and guys moving about the property in and out and for the most part we want to "own the house for a day."
This way, we can meet your expectations for timely completion of your project. The day of the install is not the best
time to schedule window washing, painting, or deliveries for new appliances, etc. |

Well, the big home stores can sometimes take a month just to schedule a time to get out to your property and provide the estimate!
Then, they schedule your install with a "labor house" where Quality Control is not critical. (At the end of
the day they really only have accounatability for their shareholders at a corporate level - whereas we take each and every
customer and install serious and follow-through until completion. And, since we can install the same products
for you as the big warehouse stores, our business model is much better suited to meet your satisfaction! Value! We've shopped the
marketplace to beat our competitors and earn your business. Typically, we save folks from $3-5 per square yard
or more. With an average house of 150 square yards that could be $750 or more! That's real money we're saving
for you. Plus, we know what type of products are important to you as a home seller. Neutral, conservative looks,
value-based pricing, good warranties, but not necessarily the need for any additional costs associated with fancy labels
or stickers touting "branded" yarns. And, with our service of bringing the samples straight to you -
instead of you having to pack up and drive to a showroom, then borrow samples to see how they look in your home (or to match-up
with paint swatches) we save you time as well. All this combines together to allow us to offer the lowest possible
pricing for you. |
