When folks come to us first they are empowered with great information about their project and can then choose the right flooring product that fits the profile of what they are trying to accomplish – the project fits their budget and the product will perform as they expect. When clients come to us after seeing one or more other vendors, we can tell they are confused and have questions that are cloudy and irrelevant.
